In this shot, you can see one of the panes of System Preferences (Mouse & Keyboard), along with a window from System Help and the Systemwide Character Palette. Oh, I was also playing an old Dave Berry single in iTunes, and YouControl Tunes is displaying its info window. In the upper right corner is yet another appearance of the chameleon QuartzClocks application.
