Crystal Clear 1.5 is in the works... I've published an article describing it on Mars and am posting five full-size desktop previews here.
It's pretty radical, I know... let me know what you think!
This shot shows Xcode, Apple's IDE for programming Mac OS X software, against a dark desktop picture. As with TextEdit, Crystal Clear 1.5 will let Xcode users define transparent backgrounds for their editing panes... here I'm using a dark translucent black and bright text colors.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
